Orienteering is an adventure sport, combining running and map reading. The aim is to navigate around a set course using a map as fast as possible. We travel all over the country and even the world, orienteering in forests, over moors and through cities.

In recent years the club has also adopted Fell Running. As orienteers, a lot of our physical training involves running off-road and several of us regularly take part in fell races, so we thought 'Why not expand the club?'. Alongside our orienteering training weekends, we give you the opportunity to go fell running in incredible places like the Lake District, and also organise trips to local fell races in the Mendips and South Wales.

The club meets up regularly for training, socials and competitions. We have members of all abilities from beginners to experienced athletes. Everyone is welcome!
